Brock Lesnar makes appearance at UFC 184

Ronda Rousey and her 14 second knockout victory at UFC 184 was not the only thing that got the Ultimate Fighting Championship or UFC fans gasping for breath. Sat behind UFC boss Dana White at the promotion’s latest pay per view event was former UFC Heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and his presence got some tongues wagging about the possibility of his return to the UFC fold once again.

The reigning WWE champion has been in attendance at many other UFC pay per view events in the past but his appearance at UFC 184 raises a lot of promising questions about his future. His contract with the WWE runs out in two months and it might be that Lesnar could make a sensational return to the UFC fold once again.

He left the UFC following his knockout loss to Alistair Overeem and since then, has re-established himself as a prime draw in WWE. But with his contract with the promotion up following Wrestle Mania, Brock Lesnar might just be entertaining the idea of a return to the UFC.

Speaking on the issue, Dana White said that Lesnar is a fan of the UFC, adding that he was in town and he wanted to see the fight and so, he came. He went on to add that when his contract with the WWE is up, he is sure that he will call him.

Lesnar has been in negotiations with the WWE about the possibility of renewing his contract with the WWE but according to sources, the WWE and Brock Lesnar are no closer to agreeing a new deal and it might be that his appearance at UFC 184 was a bargaining chip. But whatever be the case, UFC fans are already excited at the prospect of him returning to the UFC and it could work out well.
